Experience

Kevin is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Licensed to practice law in Florida since 2000, Kevin began his career at the Office of the State Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During his time at the State Attorney's Office Kevin attended training at the prestigious Gerald T. Bennett Prosecutor/Public Defender Trial Training Program sponsored by the Criminal Law Section of the Florida Bar and the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. As a prosecutor, Kevin advocated in numerous trials and appeals for cases involving Driving Under the Influence, Domestic Battery, Theft, Burglary and many other charges.

As a private attorney, Kevin has represented clients in a wide array of cases. Kevin continues to represent clients charged with criminal conduct. He has also branched out into several areas of law including real estate transactions, personal injury, landlord-tenant evictions, and estate planning. Kevin is currently on the Board of Directors for the Venice-Englewood Bar Association, a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the Florida Bar and an agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc., the third largest title insurance underwriter in the country. Kevin is also on the Advisory Board and works as an Adjunct Professor at Keiser College in Sarasota, Florida.
